- Full Time Permanent Contract
- Office based with flexible working options available at one of our Support Centres in Ross on Wye or Blackpool (2 days in the office per week, 3 days remote)
- Experience of change management including triaging/management of customer requests, customer communication and creating support or training documentation
- Experience of software systems and how they drive and enable change through the software lifecycle
- Experience of working on multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical ability combined with an understanding of software development processes
- Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and targets
