We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help design, analyse, and support business system solutions that make a real difference.Working collaboratively with the Change Analyst, you will be looking for common patterns and questions - performing root cause analysis to understand why and find solutions to remove the issues. Here's what we're looking for:
  • Experience of change management including triaging/management of customer requests, customer communication and creating support or training documentation
  • Experience of software systems and how they drive and enable change through the software lifecycle
  • Experience of working on multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical ability combined with an understanding of software development processes
  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and targets
