This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Operations Manager to lead financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. Based in London, this role involves leading Accounts Recievable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Process improvement.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and General Ledger (GL) functions.Manage a team of finance professionals, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring high performance.Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.Monitor and improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.Oversee compliance with company policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, HR, and IT to support business operations and projects.Drive standardization and automation initiatives to improve finance service delivery.Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and process integrity.Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior leadership.Champion continuous improvement initiatives and financial systems upgrades or implementations.Fantastic opportunity for an operational finance leaderNewly created role in a growing team and businessA successful Finance Operations Manager should have:
