- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial goals and work towards achieving them. • Continuously monitor performance metrics, such as revenue, sales conversion rates, and average transaction value, to ensure targets are being met or exceeded.
- Monitor the work of all staff members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct appraisals to assess performance, identify training needs, and recognise employee potential.
- Address any skill gaps through appropriate training initiatives.

- Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets, standards, and relevant company and client information.

- Manage and update the till system to ensure this reflect the correct info of a weekly basis
- Manage and schedule in Marketing Campaigns that aligns with baxterstorey
- Develop and evolve the restaurant Menu and retail product spaces based on customer feedback and market trends
- Regularly assess the customer experience and recommend and implement adjustments and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest retail and restaurant industry practices, innovations, and technologies to enhance the overall experience.
- Ensure the implementation and enforcement of rigorous health and safety protocols in the front of house areas.
- Provide comprehensive training to employees on health and safety practices, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Encourage all team members to be creative and innovative. Plan, coordinate and execute events as per client's request and client events team
- Create reports for senior management and performance reviews in line with BaxterStorey company procedures
- Ensure that all financial reporting on evolution ( sales ,purchasing and accruals as well as client reporting is completed in a timely fashion; accurately and efficiently and in line with BaxterStorey procedures.
- Creation of Retail Unit SOP manual using previous experience to ensure process efficiencies are made.
- Ensure a weekly stock take is carried out on a weekly basis and have sufficient par stock levels of all products required to deliver the Operation.
- To be responsible for ensuring storage areas are kept organised and cleaned and any maintenance or repairs are reported
