They are searching for a motivated individual with 3+ years PQE, experienced in property transactions, who can manage and grow an existing caseload. Key Responsibilities: - Handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. - Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions. - Conducting title checks, searches, and ensuring compliance with Land Registry requirements. - Advising clients on the legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties. - Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. - Managing completions and post-completion formalities such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. What They Offer: - Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 - Full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 What We're Looking For: - Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 3 years PQE) with solid experience in Residential Conveyancing matters. - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to independently manage a busy caseload. - Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills. - A proactive, business-minded approach to marketing and developing new client relationships. - Previous experience using case management systems.
