- Portfolio Management: Lead the product lifecycle management, from ideation and development through to enhancement and retirement of learning and certification products. Ensure portfolios are aligned with customer priorities, industry trends and Global Knowledge's goals while maintaining P&L accountability.
- Product Trending and Analysis: Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly product result trends with insights and analysis to help drive internal strategy and fine tune operations for the best on-going results.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Create GTM collateral for use in sales enablement and engagement including value proposition, sales tools, sales pitch concepts, objection handling, customer persona identification and alignment, as well as provide market and demand generation support.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities within a product line, including emerging industries, geographies, and customer segments, to grow Global Knowledge's market share and drive product adoption.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategic roadmaps that support the organization's long-term vision and key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes defining strategy for proprietary and third-party content implementation and their fit-to-market.
- Execution and Innovation: Drive product innovation and enhancements that align with market needs and create differentiation, leveraging insights from industry trends with a deep understanding of our customers' needs and competitor analysis.
- Customer Empathy: Create and present decision proposals based on facts from the market. Host and facilitate customer centric calls to determine new product needs and existing product enhancements. Create an intentional feedback loop with voice of customer calls and focus groups.
- Cross-Functional Portfolio Leadership: Work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support, while aligning with revenue and profitability targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including OEM vendors, partners, suppliers, and channel partners in the satisfaction of market needs and strengthening GK's market leadership position.
