They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and help play a vital role in the company's future as well as being a key member within their close-knit team.In this role you will have commercial responsibility and will be tasked with playing a key role in finalising tender submissions and negotiating, working on projects varying in value and size. You will be involved in the projects at various stages, ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time, providing advice and findings to the Commercial Manager. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and sub-contractors so will need the ability to work to tight deadlines and great communication skills.This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction industry, working on a variety of construction projects. You will ideally be degree educated, and will have had 1 - 2 years' experience working in the industry.
