This is an exciting opportunity for an established SNAM or Country Manager to launch and grow a leading potato speciality business in the UK market. The candidate can have a background in either foodservice or private label grocers, and be either a NAM/SNAM looking to grow, or an established Country Manager.
  • Drive growth across either foodservice or private label grocery, with future opportunities in branded grocery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth within the UK market
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • In line with growth, hire and build a UK sales team, expanding into branded grocery and QSR
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional strategies
  • Manage budgets and forecast sales performance to optimise profitability
  • Report on sales performance and market developments to senior leadership

Our client is a leading potato speciality business, turning over c. $250m globally and competing with the leading global businesses in their countries of operation. Their next target is to enter the UK market, and are looking for a sales person to drive growth, with future opportunities to hire and build a team. The initial focus will be EITHER foodservice or private label grocery, so candidates from either background can apply.
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, with possible flex
