Your key responsibilities will include:🔑 Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.🏠 Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.💬 Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.🚀 Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.📊 Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.🧩 Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.Skills and Qualifications
