About the team:As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue, increase market reach, and support long-term growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to drive collaborative initiatives and bring high-impact partnerships to life.About the role:We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnerships Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners. In this role, you will serve as the main liaison between our organization and key partners, ensuring mutual value, smooth collaboration, and long-term success. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for expansion.Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with company goalsLead negotiations and close partnership deals across a variety of sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partnersDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teamsMonitor partner performance, measure KPIs, and optimize for ROIRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsProvide regular reporting and insights to leadershipRequirements:Proven experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar client-facing roleProven success in managing strategic accounts or partnershipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills and attention to detailAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insightsExperience with CRM and partnership management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam)Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsWork in a way that work for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
