  • Conduct assessments for children and families to determine their needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Support cases involved with Child In Need, Child Protection, PLO, Care Proceeding, and Private Law matters
  • Collaborate with team members and other professionals to continually improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet statutory expectations
  • Engage with families and professionals to foster effective partnerships and secure positive outcomes
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, reviews, and court proceedings
