- Maintaining high standards of communication with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct and analyse property inspection reports and liaise with the landlord giving relevant advice.
- Conduct end of lease checkouts and process documentation in line with company processes.
- Manage end of tenancy returns and negotiate dilapidation compensation
- Check invoices received against works orders and arrange payment to contractors.
- Negotiate and manage tenancy renewals for the landlord and tenant
- Monitor any rent arrears, chasing any payments and updating landlords promptly.
- Preparation and serving of legal notices.
- Process deposit returns
- Full and clean driving licence (own car not necessary).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
