- Take ownership of an established portfolio of commercial clients from a variety of sectors, ranging from SME to mid-market.
- Provide exceptional account management, focusing on long-term client retention, risk advice, and solution delivery.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth within the portfolio and drive new business activity through networking, referrals, and local market engagement.
- Work closely with internal broking and servicing teams to ensure smooth policy administration and technical support.
- Play a visible role in the continued success and growth of the Leamington office.
