Location: West: West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds / Ipswich: Endeavour House, Ipswich / North: Riverside, Lowestoft.
Pay Rate: £ 35/per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adult Occupational Therapist to join their team in Suffolk.Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services
- Support triage processes and reduce duplication between health and social care to manage OT waiting lists
- Assist external care providers with safe and appropriate moving and handling practices
- Review care packages to ensure best value and effective use of equipment
- Assess and review double-handed care packages
- Offer mutual aid to other OT areas as needed
- Deliver OT assessments and reviews across the directorate

- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience in a Reablement service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in an office-based setting.
