- A deep love for marketing, advertising and brand strategy
- A knack for turning facts into compelling "so whats" and "now whats"
- Experience working with quantitative data (or a burning desire to learn)
- An eagle eye for detail and a meticulous approach to data
- Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
