  • You'll take ownership of a diverse caseload of commercial disputes commercial dispute matters, ensuring effective and timely case handling.
Your work will include:
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Commercial contracts
  • Warranty disputes
  • Disputes arising from corporate acquisitions
You will also collaborate closely with leading partners and senior lawyers, recognised as experts in their field, offering invaluable insights and mentorship.The ideal candidate:
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial dispute resolution, ideally gained in a regional or national firm.
  • A strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
