This is the perfect role if you're an experienced waiter looking to step up in your career.What the Role InvolvesAs a Head Waiter/Waitress, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting the daily running of the floor. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking ownership of your section, ensuring smooth and consistent service
  • Leading by example and setting the tone for excellent guest interaction
  • Supporting the management team with training junior staff
  • Ensuring standards are upheld and guest expectations consistently exceeded
  • Maintaining a calm, professional presence during busy services
  • Acting as a point of reference for product knowledge and menu details
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality or Michelin-starred environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and service
  • Confidence in leading by example and mentoring others
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Calm and reliable under pressure, with a guest-first attitude
  • A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit
