- I am 79 years old, I have lived at Lealholm for over 20 years, I have a learning disabilities and schizophrenia, I also have allergies to some Penicillin/s, my mobility is limited and I use a wheelchair and walking frame.
- I am 59 years old, I have a mild learning disability, hypertension (high blood pressure) and require support around some needs but am independent in all other aspects of my daily life.
- I am 64 years old, I have age -related immunodeficiency, Hypothyroidism, Iron deficiency anaemia, Osteoporosis, Vitamin D deficiency and Gluten Intolerance.
- I am 20 years old, I have ADHD and allergies to Penicillin, I have anxiety and require reassurance from my team.
- 2-3 staff on shift daily but can manage with 2 even 1 in emergency.
- Our shifts at Lealholm are 10am start till 6pm and 8pm finish / 10am till 11pm sleep-over 7am-10am finish, these can change to suit the PWS and the service.
