- Undertaking administrative duties, working in a team under the supervision of the Business Support Manager and their Deputy within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service
- Contributing to the development of the SEND Service by working in partnership with EHCP Coordinators
- Managing databases and meeting statutory deadlines
- Contact with a wide range of other officers and professionals from both inside and outside Achieving for Children including, Social Care teams, Pupil Services, the Inclusion Service, Health Service professionals, Headteachers and SENCOs.

- Strong organisational abilities including: time management, problem-solving and multitasking
- Works well under pressure and is flexible with their approach to carrying out tasks
- Able to make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate
- Strong administrative skills, managing competing priorities, being organised and working well in a team
- 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after 4 years with an additional day off in your birthday month (Or for term-time workers, your leave entitlement consists of the non-working periods in your contract)
