- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Registering applicants and attending viewings
- Ad hoc valuations
- Provide support to the Sales Manager as required
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential, a minimum 12 months is required
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- Possess local market knowledge
- A valid driving licence and access to own car is required
