This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for reimagining our membership proposition, enhancing the supporter journey, and driving sustainable income growth through innovation, insight, and digital excellence.The Candidate
  • A strategic thinker with substantial senior-level experience in membership, marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Commercially astute, with a proven track record of delivering income growth through compelling propositions and lifecycle strategies.
  • Digitally fluent, with deep expertise in CRM, data-driven personalisation, and customer experience design.
  • A collaborative leader, able to inspire multidisciplinary teams and influence at board and trustee level.
  • Passionate about heritage, culture, and public engagement, with a creative and inclusive approach to leadership.
