What will your role look like?
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
  • Administer or assist with medication as needed
  • Support clients with social visits, including shopping trips, doctor’s appointments, and travel around Milton Keynes
  • Follow each client’s tailored support plan to ensure their individual needs are met
