You'll play a key role in supporting the partners on a wide range of transactional matters while managing your own caseload with autonomy. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality commercial property transactions and build strong relationships across the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities: *Managing a broad caseload of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals *Drafting and advising on commercial leases, renewals, and associated documents such as licences to assign or underlet *Portfolio management on behalf of landlords and occupiers *Providing corporate support for property aspects of business transactions *Advising on secured lending matters *Identifying risks and offering practical, commercial solutions *Collaborating effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties *Participating in marketing and business development activities.
