
Head Prep Chef

- Early mornings (start around 4am) - finish by early afternoon

- Lead and support a prep kitchen team of around 4 chefs per shift
- Ensure all prep is completed to par levels, to spec, and on time
- Oversee night bakery and night butchery operations
- Manage deliveries and stock rotation
- Input invoices and assist with stock control systems
- Carry out food safety checks and ensure due diligence is followed
- Supervise and rota the KP and prep kitchen teams
- Maintain a calm, productive, and quality-focused kitchen environment
- Experience as a Sous Chef or above in a high-quality, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Confidence working with premium, fresh produce
- Meticulous attention to detail and food hygiene standards
- Comfortable starting early and leading a key part of back-of-house operations
