We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants from all subject backgrounds to work in secondary schools across West and South West London. Roles are full time, long term, and term time only, starting in September 2025.Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities: * Provide academic and pastoral support to students across a range of levels and abilities.
  • Proactively support students in reaching their academic targets.
  • Encourage active engagement with learning, fostering a positive classroom environment.
  • Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student development.
What We're Looking For:As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be: * Engaging and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in education.
  • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Experienced in supporting students, including those with SEN and learning difficulties.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to the well-being of young people.
  • Reliable, proactive, and dedicated to helping students achieve their potential.
  • Able to work collaboratively with teachers and independently when required.
Desirable: * Prior experience in a school or classroom-based setting
  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Relevant training or certifications (e.g. safeguarding, SEN, behaviour management).
Ideally, you will have some experience working with young people or be exploring a future career in education, such as teaching.
