  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the underwriting system
  • Process bindings and endorsements across multiple Lines of Business
  • Manage and resolve queries promptly using various communication channels
  • Provide technical support and training to outsourced service providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets and deadlines
Required knowledge and experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar operations role within insurance
  • Expertise in Aviation, Marine, or Property classes of business
  • Proficiency in handling excess of loss, treaty, or delegated authority policy types
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
