  • £34,200 per annum plus circa £3,600 service charge
  • Working 48 hours per week, across 5 days

Responsibilities as the Duty Manager…
  • Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times
  • Acting as the first point of contact for both guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting and coordinating front of house and F&B teams to maintain seamless service
  • Ensuring all departments are running smoothly and in line with the hotel's high standards
  • Assisting with administrative duties and reporting as required
The ideal Duty Manager will…
  • Have proven experience within both front of house and food & beverage in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
  • Be articulate, confident, and a strong communicator
  • Have knowledge of OPERA Cloud (desirable but not essential)
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering luxury hospitality
