- Lead high-impact recruitment for the Qualified Finance Team, managing end-to-end processes, building client relationships, and collaborating with strong counterparts

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for qualified finance roles within the Financial Services sector in London, dealing with a mixture of organisations such as banks, fintechs, but mainly small family offices like Black Rock, PGIM, and more.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure the best candidate matches for Perm accounting positions.
- Source top-tier Finance candidates, including roles such as Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant.
- Leverage Michael Page's market-leading resources, networks, and industry insights to attract candidates and support clients effectively.
- Actively develop and build new relationships across the Financial Services space in London, gaining a deeper understanding of their hiring needs, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate within a highly successful team, with many opportunities to pass work and support each other in a warm desk environment.
- Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities within the national remit.
- Experience in 360 recruitment. Preferably within a commercial, professional services and/or finance setting in the Financial Services sector, with a proven track record of driving and winning new business opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results.
- You must be able to illustrate your billings, successes and achievements in recruitment - we want to know about your wins!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including Fund Directors, Fund Managers, Heads of Finance.
- A proactive, consultative approach to client acquisition and account management.
