Applicants must be computer literate, with strong word processing and typing skills. Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within health or social care.You will be required to use your own initiative in a busy team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach. You should be confident in learning new IT systems quickly, able to adjust to evolving administrative processes, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are essential, as multi-tasking will be part of your daily role, including managing one of two main phone lines alongside your regular workload. Attention to detail and a personable, professional manner are key to success in this role.Main duties of the job
  • To ensure a consistently high level of performance standard is maintained, to support an efficient, effective, and satisfactory service delivery.
  • To take direction from the Team Administrator/Admin Lead.
  • To provide comprehensive administrative support ensuring that a high quality service is delivered at all times.
  • To work with a degree of flexibility to service needs
  • To guarantee that all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, protocols and time-scales, reporting to the Team Administrator/Admin Lead, as necessary.
