You will work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to develop detailed designs that align with project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer to take on a leadership role within a forward-thinking company known for its expertise in the façade sector.
  • Leading the design process for façade projects, ensuring designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with architects, consultants, and project teams to develop design solutions and resolve technical challenges.
  • Creating detailed 2D and 3D designs using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Managing design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Overseeing the design team’s workflow, providing guidance, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Conducting site visits and liaising with the project team to resolve on-site design issues.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and innovations to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in facade design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Excellent understanding of facade systems, materials, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, architects, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to lead design projects, manage a team, and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
