  • Deliver high standards of cleaning to maintain a hygienic and fresh environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Follow cleaning routines while proactively identifying and addressing areas requiring attention.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and promptly report any incidents, complaints, or compliments.
  • Communicate politely and professionally with all site users, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Support team operations by assisting with training new staff, attending meetings, and covering shifts as needed.
  • Adhere to Sodexo and client policies, including health, safety, hygiene, and site regulations.
