We are seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee pipelaying projects within the Anglian Water framework. The successful candidates will manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works including pipelaying, directional drilling, and other trenchless installation methods.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all site activities across pipelaying and associated civil works.Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.Oversee directional drilling operations and ensure compliance with technical specifications.Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met at all times.Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Monitor progress, costs, and productivity, reporting regularly to the Project Manager and client.Manage permits, site records, and documentation.Build and maintain strong relationships with Anglian Water and other stakeholders.Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on pipelaying, utilities, or water infrastructure projects.Knowledge of directional drilling and pipelaying techniques.Valid SMSTS (or equivalent).CSCS card (in date).First Aid at Work (preferred).Full UK driving licence.Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.What’s on Offer:12-month freelance contract with strong potential for extension.Competitive rate of £350-£400/day (Outside IR35, Ltd Company).Opportunity to deliver key infrastructure projects within the Anglian Water framework.Share JobYour ConsultantKirsty LockyearPrincipal Account ConsultantGeorgia MilwardRecruitment ConsultantOwen DawsonAssociate ConsultantFull nameEmail addressMessageUpload CVUpload your CV/resume or any other relevant file.
