Full time hoursAre you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service and helping customers find exactly what they need? Gi Group is seeking a friendly, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to work with our client, the UK's leading supplier of work clothing.Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:
  • Accurately inputting, updating, and managing information into computer systems and databases
  • Addressing issues as they arise in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond and complete work orders on time
  • Accurately inputting, updating, and managing information into computer systems and databases
  • Working directly with customers by answering their phones calls and emails
Customer Service Advisor required skills:
  • Confident using systems and databases
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential
Customer Service Advisor Pay:
  • £12.35 per hour
Customer Service Advisor Shifts available:
  • Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
