A welcoming secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a Cover Supervisor to start in November 2025. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring that pupils remain on task and engaged in their learning.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their learning when required.
- Provide feedback to teachers on pupil engagement and behaviour.
- Previous classroom or youth work experience desirable.
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage groups of students effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supportive school environment with a strong team ethos.
