We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our UK & Ireland supply chain operations. This is a key role ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products to patients, while driving continuous improvement across our supply processes.Your Role & ImpactAs Supply Chain Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Drive the S&OP process, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts and supply strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including GDP and artwork requirements.
- Manage inbound deliveries, customs clearance, and product release.
- Act as the first point of contact for NHS Procurement and lead tender submissions.
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Own communication and resolution of supply issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Solid experience in supply chain management, ideally within a pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP/ISO-regulated environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align supply chain strategy with commercial goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and demand planning tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Regional exposure and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.
