Job DescriptionWhat You’ll be Doing As Payroll SpecialistThe main goal of this role is to manage and maintain the Company’s Payroll systems to ensure the weekly and monthly payrolls (totalling 2500 employees) run efficiently and effectivelyDuties will include:
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that all employees are paid accurately each week and month using the Company’s integrated HR and Payroll systems
  • Day to day payroll processing of starters / leavers and other adhoc requests
  • Work across 5 payrolls covering UK and Ireland
  • Query resolutions via both email and case management system.
  • Work with outsourced payroll teams to assist with Year End Process
  • Produce and interpret payroll reports as and when required
WORKING HOURS: Wednesday 9am-3pm, Thursday 9am – 4pm and Friday 9am-3pmDuring your first week you will be fully office based, after this you will be working from home on Wednesday and Friday and office based on Thursday.QualificationsWhat We Would Like You To Bring
  • Proven payroll processing experience ideally gained in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Good IT literacy skills with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Previous experience with ADP Global View and Case Management Systems would be an advantage
  • Prior experience of working to set procedures in a logical and systematic manner with high volumes of administration
  • Be personable and friendly with a professional phone manner and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Be detail conscious and accurate with a focus on results
