The main purpose of our Accounts Clerk is to assist with running the company’s accounts. Also ensuring all of our key back office functions are regularly completed. There is potential for this role to grow into a full time role in the future, depending on business activity. Being able to fulfil full time hours in the future is however, not a requirement of the role.Working Hours
Part Time – Monday to Friday / 5 hours per day – potentially 6 on some. Average of 22hrs per week.
Hours can be flexible between 09:00-17:00.Location

£12.00 per hour.Key Responsibilities
Entering new starter information
Entering new client information onto Sage
PAYE & VAT reporting
Raising various invoices on a Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis
Bank Reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Monthly trial balances
General ledger postings
Preparing a weekly Profit and Loss sheet for SMT (Senior Management Team)
Producing regular Age Debtor reports
Paying Company National Insurance
Supplying reports/information to operational team when requested
Assisting with preparing the payroll
General Administration duties
Proactive Accounts payable and receivableKey Skills / QualificationsEssential
2 Years of experience within a back office environment / role
Experience of using Sage Line 50
Exceptional attention to detail skills
Strong organisation skills
Ability to plan ahead and change priorities quickly
Good communication skillsDesirable
Any level AAT – Desirable
