You’ll shape cyber resiliency programs, advise on emerging threats, influence products, support sales, and share your expertise at industry events—driving impact across clients, teams, and the broader cybersecurity community.HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:Executive Engagement: Build positive relationships with senior executives to understand their business goals. Connect with executives and translate complex technical details about security and IT into strategy.Cross-functional Client Engagement: Act as the primary security advisor for multiple stakeholders within clients and prospects, assessing their cyber resiliency needs and providing strategic recommendations.Cyber Resiliency Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and support their cyber resiliency strategies aligned with their business objectives.Compliance Management: provide expertise on regulatory obligations to internal stakeholders and advise customers on how to achieve compliance using Cohesity solutions.Support Internal Enablement: Support the enablement team by helping build training materials on cyber resiliency topics and mentoring internal resources wishing to develop their cybersecurity knowledge.Thought Leadership, Evangelism and Advocacy: Develops content and presents at industry events, webinars, and podcasts in partnership with cross-functional partners. Support marketing in the authoring of blog posts and white papers on cyber resiliency topics.Collaboration: Engages the community of customers, partners, industry analysts, influencers and standards bodies with rich content and domain knowledge that covers the why and how of effective and efficient cyber resiliency.Track Industry Trends: Remain current with emerging threats, trends, regulations and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape to provide clients and internal stakeholders with up-to-date advice and insights.Influence: Actively participate in industry groups and standards bodies in the areas of cyber resiliency and information security.Improve Solutions: Provide feedback that influences the product roadmap and features based on the real-life experience gained working with Cohesity customers and partners.Support Sales: Provides strategic support to the Cohesity account team helping prospective customers understand their path to cyber resiliency.WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:Held a position as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Director of Cyber Risk Management or Director of Security Operations.Demonstrated track record and experience in planning, development and execution of an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and program for one or more organisations.Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions.Ability to switch between high-level strategic discussions and detailed technical engagements seamlessly.Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, including cloud.Operational experience in having experienced a ransomware incident advantageous.Ability to communicate effectively and engage in detailed technical discussions and presentations with executives.Proven experience in building and partnering with customers, consulting partners and systems integrators.Demonstrable ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and provide strategic insights.Experience in public speaking, writing, and participating in industry forums and conferences with a level of confidence to act as a spokesperson for the organisation's technological vision.Insight into industry trends and the ability to apply these insights to craft customer priorities and organizational direction.Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.Data Privacy Notice for Job Candidates:For information on personal data processing, please see our .Equal Employment Opportunity Employer (EEOE)Cohesity is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
