This electrical vacancy is working on a well known, local authority contract across the Northeast of Scotland. You'll be expected to cover within a 1-hour radius of your home address, but may on occasion travel further afield.You'll be joining part of a larger team of 8 electricians, working alongside 110 engineers within the contract. This includes electricians, joiners, gas engineers and plumbers.For this role you can expect to help with all PPM checks, EICRs, and electrical repair across the contract working in schools, townhalls, health centres, and housing.You will also be the point of call for any reactive electrical works that need completing, including fault finding and remedial works.You will need to be a qualified Electrician with minimum NVQ Level 3 to be considered for this role.Van, and fuel card will be included, as well as 32 days annual leave - inclusive of Bank Holidays.The salary on offer is in-line with SJIB rates for approved electricians - working out at over £40k. There is also a callout allowance of circa £700 - with a rota of 1-8.
