What we're looking forSomeone passionate about sustainability and making recycling easier for everyone.A confident communicator who can engage with residents, landlords, and local teams.Organised and proactive, able to plan day-to-day activities for recycling advisors - including surveying locations for food waste containers and supporting events and engagement work.Experience with project management to coordinate tasks, timelines, and delivery.Able to collate and analyse data to track progress and shape service improvements.Flexible to work across the borough, including occasional weekends.LocationThe role is mainly based at Wearside Service Centre, with regular travel to sites and locations across the borough.Special conditions
