- 2–4 years in consulting, VC, high-growth startups, or any similar intense, fast moving roles.
- Ruthlessly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping detail.
- Sharp analytical mind with crisp written and verbal communication skills.
- Executes independently, asks thoughtful questions and thrives amid shifting priorities.
- Intellectually curious, low-ego and intrinsically motivated by building.
