Business Development & Capture Manager - Defence & IntelligenceRole: Business Development ManagerLocation: Cheltenham - 3 days per weekSalary: Up to £80k + bonusBD Manager, Account Lead or Capture Manager looking for a new challenge?We're supporting an international defence organisation in hiring a Capture Manager to join their UK team in Cheltenham.You'll be joining the GTM team in scoping and capturing new campaigns for Defence & National Security customers.Being a market leader in ISR & Cyber capabilities, the business boasts a great track record of deploying some of the most leading-edge technologies across the sector.They're looking for an individual with experience within sales or capture in the defence domain, specifically someone who enjoys building and managing capture and bid processes to ensure best-in-class solutions are presented.Whilst business development will form a part of the role, the key is in building strong relationships and shaping opportunities to fit the brief.If you've got the below experience, it would be fantastic to speak with you.
  • Capture or Business Development experience in defence & NS
  • Strong stakeholder & relationship manager
  • Knowledge of defence technologies
  • Knowledge of bid and capture processes
