This is a superb opportunity for a passionate and experienced Practice Nurse, with Chronic Disease Management experience, to join a very highly regarded GP Surgery. Looking for up to 31.5 hours per week, you’ll be part of a very strong and long-serving MDT and a very close knit Nursing team. The practice is looking ideally for a nurse who has experience in Asthma, COPD or Diabetes. Your role –
  • Essential experience as a Practice Nurse with experience in General Practice
