- Adapt teaching methods to suit different abilities, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles, ensuring accessibility and inclusion at every stage.
- Work collaboratively with fellow tutors, care professionals, and community partners to provide coordinated, recovery-focused support.
- Encourage learners to develop strategies for maintaining wellbeing alongside their training and skills development.
- Contribute to expanding and improving the Skills Development Service, helping to shape opportunities that empower people to reach their potential.
- Skilled and knowledgeable in IT, with the ability to teach digital skills in an engaging and accessible way.
