Long-term Teachers are currently supporting a Primary School in Exeter, the school is looking to employ a Teacher who is able to work on a Part-Time basis for the remainder of academic year. The opportunity has the potential to be extended into the new academic year from September.This school provides a challenging but rewarding environment for the children to learn and be enthusiastic about developing their own confidence personally and academically. The school is supportive and not only aims to get the best out of the children, but also the staff. Bringing out your strengths and utilising them.KS1 Primary Teacher Role:This large school is offering a part-time opportunity to start ASAP. You will be working as a Year 2 Class Teacher 2 days a week, some flexibility on the days.They are looking for a candidate who has experience and knowledge of the KS1 curriculum. Someone who is hard-working, who is keen to develop students to thrive in their abilities. You will be expected to work with other Class Teachers to deliver outstanding lessons.KS1 Primary Teacher expectations:
  • Differentiate and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all children.
  • Assess children’s development and communicate clearly with partner teacher.
  • Work closely with other KS1 Class Teachers to support with planning and assessment.
  • Work closely with the class Teaching Assistant to provide the best support for SEND children.
  • Build relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
