D365F&SCM Support Analyst - Portsmouth - c£50kI have been retained on an exclusive basis to partner with a globally renowned manufacturing company in the midst of a digital transformation in rolling out D365F&SCM across all their entities and looking for a D365F&SCM Support Analyst to assist with their journey.This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with their D365F&SCM Application Manager and implementation partner, growing your confidence in support as well as being involved in multiple exciting projects which will help develop your skillset in becoming a Functional Consultant.The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience supporting D365F&SCM and strong exposure to the modules (either Finance or Supply Chain) with an appetite to learn and develop.This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in Portsmouth, offering £50kResponsibilities:
1st & 2nd line customer support of Dynamics AX2012 and D365F&SCM
Troubleshooting user issues and resolving issues within the systems
Escalate and co-ordinate with support partner on specific issues
Root case analysis of raised issues, recommending configuration or process changes
Desirable skillset:
Demonstrable experience as a Support Consultant/Analyst supporting D365F&SCM
Strong modular experience across either finance or SCM workstreams (SCM preferable)
Manufacturing industry experience is desirable
Strong communicative skills and ability to work closely with implementation partners, stakeholders and SMEs
