- You will support the long-term success of planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs, and the overall contribution to the broader company goals.
- You will support the planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
- Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints
- Interfaces with project team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract.
- Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
- Communicates effectively with the client, project team and stakeholders.
- Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.
- Ensures health and safety through programme integration.
- Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.
- Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.
- Responsible for coordinating activities for team.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- You will support senior management in negotiations, contract development and other business development, ensuring that due diligence is applied.
- You will support the long-term development of strategy for a function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

- You will develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with the client and other project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate software user; Ability to provide schedule outputs in a various format to suit the audience/context.
- Established experience in built environment and with projects.
- Understands different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
- Basic understanding of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) stages.
- Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
- Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
- Listens effectively and probes for new and diverse ideas.
- Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
- Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.

- Relevant degree in the built environment, business/management studies, etc.., or NVQ level 3.
