- Teach engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations with strong subject knowledge and targeted strategies.
- Develop creative lesson plans that reflect real-world business applications.
- Support students in developing transferable skills such as analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions.
- Encourage and inspire students to pursue higher education or careers in business.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.
- Maintain high expectations of student behaviour, achievement, and classroom engagement.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Business Studies or a related subject.
- Excellent subject knowledge, particularly for GCSE and A-Level content.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students to achieve their best.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and departmental collaboration.
