- Develop and deliver annual and quarterly sales strategies across multiple nursing and residential care homes.
- Provide hands-on support for new openings and underperforming locations.
- Mentor and coach Customer Relations Managers and Home Managers to boost enquiry generation and conversion.
- Analyse sales activity and deliver clear insights with actionable plans.
- Drive CRM adoption to strengthen conversion rates and improve enquiry tracking.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with elderly care sales processes.
- Demonstrable success in sales growth within the healthcare, elderly care, or nursing home sector.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and customer decision-making journeys.
- Commercial acumen with both strategic and hands-on sales expertise.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Experience with CRM platforms (desirable: experience in new build care homes or sales training delivery).
