- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service partners and the ISS team; act as the primary point of contact for facilities issues.
- Lead and communicate with the onsite ISS team, promoting a one-team ethos; provide cover as Acting Facilities Manager when required.
- Complete daily site walkarounds and audits, resolving issues proactively to keep the environment safe, clean and well-equipped.
- Manage ISS systems (RiskNet, Trirega, Coupa), raise POs, track spend and ensure data accuracy.
- Log, assign and drive timely closure of work tasks in Trirega; produce monthly and ad hoc facilities reports.
- Maintain the training matrix, identifying gaps and arranging required and refresher training.
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors, including inductions, paperwork, access arrangements and day-to-day coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure, with strong conflict resolution ability.
- Tactful and diplomatic in managing teams and client expectations.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness in a client-focused environment.
- Proven ability to motivate, lead and support teams to deliver high standards of service.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised with effective time management skills.
- PC literate with the ability to use technology confidently as a tool.
