National Sales Account Manager

- Manage a number of National customers on assigned ledger, building business relationships, gain enquiries and convert to orders
- Work with Credit Services to ensure customer payments are made on time and in full.
- Manage the Sales & profitability of each customer account in line with company expectations.
- Ensuring all customer deals in place are maximised to their sales potential.
- Ensure good customer contact is maintained on a regular call cycle. Utilise the “Quote Hub” to chase all customer quotes.
- An attitude to succeed and a continuous improvement outlook
- Industry knowledge of building products would be advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone and specifically video calls
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals
- Good working knowledge of company IT systems
